Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the end-to-end management of digital projects – from the pitch phase through strategic client consulting to successful implementation and go-live.
• Active support and inspiration of the design team, including sharing knowledge of new technologies, tools, and design trends.
• Responsibility for the holistic design and technical realization of immersive virtual environments and landscapes.
• Confident use of AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D; planning tasks are carried out in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Active involvement in the technical planning and dimensioning of systems for large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.

What You Should Bring:

• At least three years of professional experience in designing digital user interfaces as well as in developing and applying design systems and 3D solutions.
• In-depth understanding of 3D asset workflows, especially in the area of modeling.
• Experience with tools such as Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Photoshop for the professional creation of textures and materials.
• Passion for creating realistic, visually stunning environments with a high level of detail.
• Excellent German language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic development and management of trade and investment projects
• Development and implementation of complex financing models, including for international capital providers
• Contract management and budget control
• Procurement of materials and collaboration with suppliers from Spain and Italy
• Coordination and negotiation with international banks, investors, suppliers, and property developers
• Strategic client consulting before and after real estate purchases, including profit forecasts, further property ventures, and project development
• Risk assessment and development of strategies to minimize trade and project risks
• Analysis of currency trends and exchange rate risks to optimize international business operations and advise clients
• Conducting market analyses on international trade and business developments, particularly in the Gulf region, Europe, and beyond

What You Should Bring:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification in a related field
• Several years of experience in project coordination or consulting, with solid knowledge of financing, banking, and investment analysis
• Fluent in English for negotiations
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic understanding, and confident communication in an international context
